Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rava 1 cup
  2. Milk 1 and half cup
  3. Water 1 cup
  4. Dry fruits powder 1 tsp(optional)
  5. Raisins 4-6
  6. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Sugar 2 tsp
  8. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan add ghee and roast rava for 5-10 min.and cool it
  2. In another pan heat ghee and add dry fruits and roast it.keep it aside.
  3. In pan boil water.after add sugar.mix well.now add roasted rava little by little by stirring continuously.
  4. Stir well.add cardamom powder.cook for 5 min.now add 1/2 cup milk .cook for another 5 min.
  5. Add little ghee and roasted dry fruits.mix well.add remaining milk and cook it for 2 min.
  6. Serve it hot
