ABOUT Quinoa Beetroot and Tofu Burger RECIPE

A delicious vegan tofu burger recipe made with fresh beetroot, quinoa.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2cup quinoa
  2. 1/2cup grated beetroot
  3. 2tsp boiled peas
  4. 1/2tsp garlic powder
  5. 1green chilly chopped
  6. 1tsp soya sauce
  7. 2tsp cornflour
  8. few basil leaves
  9. 1 circle shaped sliced tofu
  10. 1onion -choppedand sliced
  11. Salt and pepper aaccording to taste
  12. Dr.oetkar veg mayo burger
  13. Oil for frying patty and tofu slice
  14. Oregano-1/2tsp
  15. Letuse/tomato/cucumber sliced

Instructions

  1. Boil quinoa and keep aside to cool.
  2. Grate beetroot add basil,boiled peas,quinoa,green chilly,soya sauce,cornflour,garlic powder,salt and pepper.
  3. Mix it well to form a patty.refrigerate it for 15 minutes..
  4. Toast patty with lil oil on frying pan till they are nicely cooked and crispy golden.similarly toast tofu slice by applying lil dr.oetkar mayo and sprinkle with oregano powder.
  5. Toast the burger buns on pan and now its time to assemble every thing...
  6. Apply dr.oetkar mayo on both buns..arrange veggies and patty,tofu slice as u like pour more mayo on patty.....
