Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Boiled Potato 1large
  2. Burger bun-1
  3. Jalapeno-1
  4. Besan-4tsp
  5. Soda powder-1pinch
  6. Fennel seed-1/4tsp
  7. Cumin powder-1/4tsp
  8. Redchilly powder-1/4tsp
  9. Garam masala-1/4tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Kosher salt-1 pinch
  12. Mango powder-1/2tsp
  13. Green coriander-1tsp
  14. Oil for frying
  15. Onions -1 sliced
  16. Bread crumbs-1tsp
  17. Dr.Oetkar mayonnaise for burger-2tsp

Instructions

  1. Mash boil potato, add both the salt, garam masala,mango powder,red chilly, fennel seeds,cumin powder.green coriander and mix properly.
  2. Slit the jalapeno and stuff potato mixture inside as well coat outside also.
  3. Take 4 tsp gram flour.add lil water and pinch of soda powder and salt .mix well to form smooth batter.
  4. Dip stuffed jalapeno in gramflour batter and fry till it is cooked well.
  5. Dip onion ring in same gram flour batter with lil bread crumbs. and fry till golden crispy
  6. Now cut burger into half and slightly toast them on hot pan with lil butter.
  7. Lastly time to assemble every thing....apply dr.oetkar burger mayonees on bottom buns and place jalapeno bada...add lil dr.oetkar mayo on wada,,as well and place some onion rings over it ....and apply mayo on second bun and place over it....
