Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. chopped pineapple 1/2cup
  2. chopped tomato 1/4cup
  3. butter 1tsp
  4. salt to taste
  5. green chilli 1
  6. coriender leaves 1tsp
  7. chopped garlic 1/2tsp
  8. lemon juice 1tsp
  9. black papper 1/4tsp
  10. water 1/2cup
  11. cornflour 1tsp
  12. water 2tbsp for slurry

Instructions

  1. Grind pineapple ,tomato and green chilli to a coarse paste
  2. Mix cornflour and water and make slurry keep aside
  3. Heat butter in a pan add garlic and saute
  4. Add paste in it and cook for 2minutes
  5. Add salt and blackpapper mix well
  6. Add finely chopped coriender leaves
  7. Add water mix well let it boil for 1minut
  8. Add cornflour slurry mix well and cook or another 1min And switch off the flame
  9. Serve hot pinto soup by adding lemon juice
