Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl of dough of wheat flour.
  2. 2 boil potatoes
  3. 1 cup grated cauliflower
  4. 1/2cup mashed panir
  5. 2 fine chopp onion.
  6. 1 chopp green chilli
  7. 2 tbs grated ginger
  8. Salt
  9. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  10. 1/4tsp chat masala
  11. Coriander leaves.

Instructions

  1. Make d filling of boil n mash potatoes.panir.n cauliflower
  2. Add chopp onion.green chilli.coriander leaves.
  3. Add salt n all masalas.
  4. Mix well
  5. Fill in d dough n make paranthas
  6. Cook both sides
  7. Serve with butter.
