Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Vegetables (finely chopped/grated) - 1/4 cup (Mix of cabbage, carrot, capsicum, corn etc.) Lightly blanched
  2. Onion - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  3. Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
  4. Wheat flour - 4 cups
  5. Cream - 1/4 cup
  6. Yogurt - 1/4 cup
  7. Ginger-garlic-green chilli paste - 1 teaspoon , 
  8. Asafoetida (hing)- a pinch
  9. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  10. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  11. Amchur powder- 1/4 tsp 
  12. Black salt- 1/4 tsp 
  13. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp 
  14. salt as per taste
  15. Oil for swallow fry

Instructions

  1. Take finely chopped vegetables of your choice in a large mixing bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. The masalas can be added as per your taste.
  2. Take flour Knead well to form a stiff dough. Add water little by little. Keep aside.
  3. Then take small ball from the dough and put filling in the centre and closed. With the help of rolling pin and board make paratha. Take non stick pan and swallow fries all paratha.
  4. Served with your choice of chutney or curd.
