  2. Bajra flour 2katori
  3. Wheat flour 1katori
  4. Salt 1/3 tsp
  5. Water 1/2 glass
  6. Ingredients for ravioli stuffing..
  7. Beetroot grated 1/2 katori
  8. butter 1/2 tsp
  9. Chili flaks n oregano 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  12. Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 katori
  13. Ingredients for ravioli gravy..
  14. Oil 1tsp
  15. Tomato puree 2katori
  16. Onion puree 1katori
  17. garlic ginger paste 1tsp
  18. Salt to taste..
  19. coriander powder 1tsp
  20. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  21. Beetroot juice 1/3 katori
  22. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  23. Amchur powder 1/3tsp
  24. Ingredients for salad..
  25. Beetroot grated 1/2 katori
  26. Chopped bell pepper red n green 1big sp
  27. Butter 1tsp
  28. Chili flaks n oregano 1/3 tsp
  29. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  30. Black pepper powder 1/3 tsp
  31. Lemon juice 1tsp
  32. Ingredients for pasta..
  33. Butter 1tsp
  34. Pizza sauce 1big sp
  35. Bajra pasta 1katori
  36. Salt to taste
  37. Chili flaks n oregano 1/3 tsp
  38. Chopped bell peppers yellow n red 1 big sp
  39. Grated beetroot 1big sp
  40. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  41. Grated mozzarella cheese 1/2 katori..

Instructions

  1. Method for ravioli
  2. Take a bowl.. Add bajra flour,wheat flour n salt in it.. Mix it well.. Add water in it.. N make fine dough..
  3. Then take a pan Add butter in it... Then add beetroot,spices,chili flaks ,oregano in it.. Cook it for 2mins Stuffing ready..its done..
  4. Then take a small ball of dough..
  5. Roll it & make puri..
  6. Then fill stuffing in it.. Put some cheese.. fold it and make gunjiya shape..
  7. Then put all gunjiya in hot water.. boil it for 7 to 10mins.. Then strain it.. Ravioli ready..
  8. Then take a wok.. Add oil in it... Then add ginger garlic paste, & all purees in it..cook it..
  9. Then add all spices in it and cook it..
  10. Then add beetroot juice in it.. cook it for 5mins on slow flame.. Gravy ready.. Pour it on ravioli & serve hot..
  11. Method for salad..
  12. Take a pan.. Add butter in it.. Then add grated beetroot,bell peppers in it.. Cook it for 1min.. Then add salt,pepper,chili flaks,oregano,lemon juice it.. Mix it..well.. Salad ready..
  13. Method for pasta..
  14. Take a dough..
  15. Roll it and make chapatti Then cut stripes....
  16. Put it in hot water & boil it on slow flame for 7mins..
  17. Then strain it..pasta ready Then take a pan.. Add butter in it..
  18. Then add pasta in it.. Then add beetroot,bell peppers in it..
  19. Cook it for 3mins..
  20. Then add salt,pepper,chili flaks ,oregano, pizza sauce in it.. Mix it well.. Its done..
  21. Before serving sprinkle some cheese & serve hot..
