Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Egg - 1
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Black pepper - ½tsp
  4. Chili powder - ½tsp
  5. FOR CARAMELIZED ONIONS
  6. Onion - 1 small
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Brown sugar (or normal) - 1tsp
  9. FOR ASSEMBLING
  10. Buger buns - 1
  11. Lettuce or cabbage leaves
  12. Caramelized onions
  13. Tomato slices
  14. Salami - 2
  15. Dr. Oetkars Veg Burger Mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. To start,heat a pan with oil.
  2. Crack an egg and sprinkle salt, pepper and chilli powder.
  3. Cook the omelette and remove from the gas.
  4. To caramelized onions, in the same pan add chopped onions.
  5. Sprinkle salt and sugar. Cook on low-medium flame until they turn brown.
  6. To assemble the breakfast burger, take the bun and cut into half and apply little butter on both sides.
  7. Heat a pan and lightly toast both the burger halves.
  8. Roast the salami slices in same pan.
  9. Apply mayonnaise on both sides.
  10. Place the lettuce or cabbage leaves, salami, tomato slice followed by omelette and top it with the caramelized onions.
  11. Place the top bun and complete the hamburger.
