Simple yet easy homemade egg mayo burger,may be of ur choice.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 Teaspoons Butter
  2. 6 Burger Buns
  3. 6 Eggs
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Onions 1 cut in round ( 6 roundels needed)
  6. Black Pepper 3 teaspoon (1/2 teaspoon for each burger)
  7. Dried Oregano 3 teaspoon (1/2 teaspoon for each burger)
  8. Red Chillie Flakes 3 teaspoon ( 1/2 teaspoon for each burger)
  9. 12 Tablespoons Burger Mayonnaise (2 tablespoon for each burger)
  10. Del-Monte Tomato Sauce Pouch 6 pouches
  11. Cling wrap for the burgers to be protected from bacteria

Instructions

  1. Take 6 small ramekin or small glass bowl,grease with butter
  2. Break eggs in each ramekin or glass bowl, pierce the yolk with a fork, put some salt,pepper,oregano and chilli flakes on top of the egg
  3. Keep in microwave for 6 min at high 100%
  4. When it beeps, demold all the eggs in a plate
  5. Spread 1 tbsp burger mayonnaise on each half of burger bun, repeat this step for all burgers
  6. On bottom, half of burger bun place cooked eggs,onion slices,add again 1tablespoon dollop of mayonnaise and top it up other half of the bun, repeat this step for all burgers
  7. Put a cling wrap, cover it properly, put a sauce pouch in it, prevent it from germs by cling wrapping, because in yeast bakery items bacteria comes very fast, so it's necessary to cling wrap the burger.
  8. Serve hot/luke warm
  9. Simple easy egg burger, takes hardly 6 minutes of microwaving and 6 minutes for cling wrapping
