ABOUT Burger RECIPE

Kids love burgers so do adults, so this is how I make these delicious treat at home.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatos - 1cup boiled and mash
  2. Salt -as per taste
  3. Grated carrot -1/4cup
  4. Oil - As required
  5. Chat masala- 1/2tablespoon
  6. Egg - 1
  7. Bread crums - 1/2cup
  8. Green chutney - 2tablespoon
  9. Onion & Tomato - For garnishing
  10. Cheese -1/2cup grated
  11. Burger buns - 2

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add mash potato,salt,carrot and chat masala mix well.
  2. Make small tikkis out of this.
  3. Dip it in egg apply bread crums than deep fry it.
  4. Apply green chutney to burger buns place the tikki over it.
  5. Place some onion & tomato and grated cheese.
  6. Serve along with ketchup.
