ABOUT Healthy Soya Gol-gappa RECIPE

This is my new innovation in gol-gappa or pani puri! Pani puri is favorite for all the generations and here it's healthy version as I'm using soya chunk flour to make the puris! It's very tasty in taste too, must try!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soya chunk flour
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 tbsp sooji
  5. 1/4 cup water to make tight dough
  6. Oil to fry
  7. Other ingredients:
  8. Pani puri stuffing and green, red pani to serve with

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except water.
  2. Now gradually add water and knead it well to make a very tight dough.
  3. Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll it out in desired shapes.
  4. Deep fry them until they become light brown and crispy and remove it on tissue paper.
  5. So your healthy golgappa is ready, serve it with stuffing and tikha, mitha pani and enjoy it in snacks or appetizer!
