Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 6 big mushroom
  2. 1 cup chicken mince
  3. 2 tbsp Oil
  4. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp Pepper
  7. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/2 tsp zeera powder
  10. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  11. Hand full coriander leaves
  12. 1/2 cup grated amul cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove The bottom of the mushroom and clean them.
  2. Chop the bottom and keep ready.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add ginger garlic paste and saute.
  4. Then add chicken mince and add all powder masala.
  5. And now let it cook on low flame.
  6. Once done add coriander leaves saute and keep aside.
  7. Now take the mushroom and put the mince filling in the centre.
  8. Top it with good amount of grated cheese.
  9. And bake at 120 degree in oven for 10 min or until cheese melts completely.
  10. Remove in a plate and drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.
  11. And serve to your guest immediately.
