For multigrain atta----
1 cup Besan,1 cup soyabeen flour,1 cup bagra flour1 cup wheat flour,1 cup Ragi flour,1/2 cup Jowar flour.All are mix and make Multigrain atta.
Then take 2 cups of Multigrain atta put it into a bowl and put all ingredients into it and mix all make a dough.
Then rest for ten minutes.
Now take a dough make a ball flaten like a paratha and put on heated tawa and roast the Parantha little oil from both sides
After roast switch off the gas.
Serve hot with tea.
