ABOUT Dry Fruit Pancakes.... RECIPE

An amazingly done superfood by me for a hassle free morning breakfast full of health and vitality. It gives you and your child much needed energy to kickstart your day. Mixed dry fruits are used in these lovely pancakes by me. However you can use your favourite pick. Fluffy pancakes are at your disposal in no time.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Sugar 4 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence 1 tbsp
  5. Full Fat Milk 1 cup
  6. oil 2 tbsp
  7. Butter 5 tbsp
  8. Mixed Dry Fruits slivered 1/2 cup (Almonds and Cashewnuts)

Instructions

  1. Make a thick batter using all the ingredients except butter and mixed dry fruits.
  2. Heat butter in a pan along with one fourth teaspoon of oil for each pancake.
  3. Pour a ladleful of the batter.
  4. Allow it to cook on a low heat.
  5. Sprinkle slivered nuts on it.
  6. Flip over and cook on the other side too.
  7. Each side takes about 2 minutes of time.
  8. Serve them with honey, maple syrup, chocolate syrup or fresh seasonal fruits or just as it is. They taste awesome even on their own.
