Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer batons 10 pcs
  2. Sweet chilli sauce 3 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Cornflour- 1 tbsp
  5. Poha 3 tbsp
  6. Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
  7. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Combine chilli sauce, cornflour and salt ,add water to make a thin batter.Crush poha with hands.
  2. Dip the paneer batons in the chilli sauce batter.
  3. Then coat with a dry hand in the poha.Deep fry till crispy on all sides and drain on paper towels.Garnish with chopped corinder.
  4. Serve with chilli sauce and green chutney on the side.
