ABOUT Coriander Rice RECIPE

Pre cooked rice mixed with onion n coriander paste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rice - 2cups
  2. Coriander leaves - 3/4th bunch
  3. Onion - 1 or 2 diced
  4. Ginger - one small piece
  5. Garlic - 4 to 5 pods
  6. Green chillies- 2 or according to taste
  7. Garam masala - 2 teaspoon
  8. Peas 1/2cup
  9. Bay leaves 1 or 2
  10. Oil - 4 table spoon

Instructions

  1. 1. Grind together onion, ginger, garlic n green chillies with the coriander leaves in as little water as possible.
  2. 2. Pour oil in a pan, add the bay leaves n the ground paste. Fry till the rawness disappears n oil starts to separate out.
  3. 3. Then add the peas n stir for a few minutes. Then add the garam masala n salt. Stir n leave on fire for a few minutes. Then add the precooked rice n mix well.
  4. Serve with raita
