Mini sprouts uttpam this quick and easy snack both nutritious and delicious .with very little oil the uttpam make a great low cal evening snack.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For base
  2. 3 tbsp rice( soak in water for 2_ 3 hours)
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Eno fruit
  5. Oil
  6. For filling
  7. 1/2 cup boiled moong sprouts
  8. 50 gm grated paneer
  9. 1 chopped onion
  10. 1 chopped tomato
  11. 1 tsp pav bhaji mamsla
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1/2 tsp red chilli pwr
  14. For tadka
  15. 1 tsp mustred seeds
  16. 10/12 curry leaves
  17. 1 tsp oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients of stuffing properly. Now grind rice and moong Dal together and add water, salt and eno to make a fine thick paste.
  2. Now add oil in a pan and put 1 tbsp of the mixture to make a small chilla.
  3. Spread 1 tsp of the mix on that chilla. Now cover the mixture and add coriander leaves, tomato, onion and Kari patta.
  4. Use oil to cook both sides till it is crisp. Serve hot with chutney.
