Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Multigrain wheat...2cup
  2. Salt...2tspn
  3. Oil...5tsp
  4. Vegetables(peas,carrot,capsicum,beans)...1bowl
  5. Boiled potato...1
  6. turmeric powder...1tspn
  7. Chopped onion....1
  8. Ginger garlic paste...1tspn
  9. Tomato paste...2
  10. Pav bhaji masala...5tspn
  11. Cumin powder...1tspn
  12. Garam masala....1/2tspn
  13. Coriander leaves
  14. Butter...5tspn
  15. Cheese slices...1bowl

Instructions

  1. Make a dough of wheat, oil, salt & hot water.Cover it & keep aside.
  2. Heat oil, add chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for a while.
  3. Add veggies & all spices.Mix it well & let it cook.
  4. Add boiled potato & mash the mixture with a masher.
  5. Add lemon juice & salt.
  6. Make the gravy almost dry.Add butter.
  7. Now roll a parantha from the dough.
  8. Heat butter & slightly fry the parantha.
  9. Place the parantha in a plate.Put 3tspn pav bhaji mixture on one side of the parantha.
  10. Spread lots cheese on it.
  11. Now cover the parantha with the help of other side of it.
  12. Again heat butter & fry both side of the parantha till crisp.
