Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli - Cup
  2. Raisins and Nuts - handful
  3. Sugar - 1 and half Cup
  4. Milk 1 and Half Cup
  5. Javarisi - 1/4 Cup
  6. Ghee for seasoning

Instructions

  1. Bring milk to boil and allow to cool down to room temperature.
  2. Take 3 cups water in a pan, and bring to boil. Add in the vermicelli and stir until they are cooked and turns mushy.
  3. At this juncture, add in the sugar and stir until the mixture turns thick.
  4. Pour in milk and keep stirring until the milk.and mixture breaks down to very thick consistency.
  5. Garnish with nuts and raisins seasoned in ghee.
