ABOUT Vermicilli kheer RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vermicelli 1 cup
  2. Milk 2 and 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup or to taste
  4. Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Almonds 10 chopped
  6. Raisins 10
  7. Ghee 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Put ghee in a pan add vermicelli and roast for sometime.
  2. Add milk and mix well. Add caradamom powder, almonds, and raisins.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add sugar and bring it to boil. Cook for 2 mintues.
  4. Your kheer is ready. Garnish with chopped almonds and sugar coated saunf.
