With the natural sweetness of date these laddoos are an ideal sweet for the diabetics and health freaks

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Roasted sesame (til) 500gms
  2. Roasted groundnuts 250gms
  3. Seedless dates 500gms
  4. Grated dry coconut 1cup
  5. Cardamom powder 2-3tbsp
  6. Dessicated coconut 1cup
  7. Ghee 2-3tbsp(optional)

Instructions

  1. Grind together roasted sesame seeds and roasted groundnuts
  2. Add grated dry coconut and cardamom powder and mix well
  3. Steam seedless dates (without adding water) for 15mins
  4. Grind the dates coarsely
  5. Mix all the ingredients together and make small bite size laddoos
  6. Roll each laddoo in dessicated coconut
  7. Store in an airtight container
