Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal : 1 cup
  2. Coconut grated : 1/2 cup
  3. Palm jaggery / Sugar : 3/4 cup
  4. Ghee 3tps
  5. Milk 1 cup
  6. Cashews 10
  7. raisins 10
  8. cardomom 2

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the moong dal for 15 mins over medium flame with required water and keep aside.
  2. In a pan, add cooked moongdal, milk, jaggery ( sugar ) and cook for 5 min over medium flame.
  3. Add grated coconut , cordomom and switch off the flame.
  4. Heat 3 tbs Ghee, add cashews, raisins for 30 sec. and add it to the above kheer
