Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gm alovera ( it should not be sour)
  2. 200 gm lauki
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  5. 1 tsp lemon
  6. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  7. 1/2 tsp butter
  8. Coriender leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash alovera and clean it properly.
  2. Cut it into fine pieces along with it's cover.
  3. Take butter in a cooker and now add alovera in it and cook it for sometime.
  4. Now add lauki and 2 cups of water. Cook for sometime.
  5. When it cools down grind it in a mixer and sieve it.
  6. Add black pepper, chat masala, lemon, salt and boil it. Soup is ready. Garnish with corainder leaves and serve hot.
