Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
  2. Clarified butter - 1/4 cup
  3. Grated jaggery - 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder - a pinch

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
  2. Keep the flame low and add grated jaggery to this and mix well.
  3. Roast wheat flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well
  5. Switch off the flame immediately
  6. Jaggery is melted completely.
  7. Keep a grease plate ready and pour the sweet mixture.
  8. Spread evenely.
  9. Cut them.
