Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup chopped methi
  2. 1/2 cup soya chunks
  3. 2 onions finely chopped
  4. 4 tomatoes finely chopped
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger/ garlic paste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  7. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  12. 1/4 teaspoons amchur
  13. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Water for boiling methi and soaking soya chunks
  16. 1 big spoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Firstly soaked the soya chunks in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes
  2. Secondly take a pan and boil some water add methi with salt and boil it for 10 minutes then strain out the methi and keep it aside
  3. Once this process done now take a kadahi heat the olive oil once oil gets heat add jeera into it let it crackel
  4. Now add chopped onions saute for 2 minutes add ginger garlic paste and saute till onions get little brown
  5. Now add tomatoes ,salt, haldi powder into it mix well and saute for 2 to 3 minutes
  6. Now cover it leave the masala on low flame till masala separates oil
  7. Once masala is cook now add methi and soya chunks ( please squeeze the excess water from soya chunks) mix well add the rest masala's ( dhaniya, jeera, garam masala and amchur masala) mix well add some water into it vegetable cover it and let cook for 5 to 7 minutes on low flame
  8. Your methi & soya vegetable is ready to serve
