ABOUT Healthy Digestive Biscuits RECIPE

These healthy and tasty biscuits are rich in fibre and are made without white sugar, maida and baking powder.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3/4 cup Whole wheat flour
  2. 3/4 cup Oats flour
  3. 60 grams butter (softened)
  4. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  5. 2 tbsp Milk

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add whole wheat flour.
  2. Add Oats flour (coarsely), brown sugar and butter. Mix well.
  3. Add little milk and knead a soft dough.
  4. Roll the dough with the help of a baking sheet. Cut the dough in the desired shape using a cookie cutter (I used a square-shaped cookie cutter).
  5. I used a cookie impress, but its optional.
  6. Line the baking tray with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius.
  7. Arrange cookies on the tray and bake to 12-15 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
  8. Let cool for 10 mins.
  9. Serve with a glass/cup of milk.
