ABOUT Healthy Digestive Green Smoothie RECIPE

Green color gives a chilling effect to your eyes in this super hot summer. Spinach, Avocado, Parsley, Ginger, Banana, Green grapes, Malta, and yes Curd to enhance the Digestive quality of juice.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Curd 2 cups
  2. Baby Spinach leaves 15 no
  3. Avocado pulp 3 tsp
  4. Parsley chopped 2 tsp
  5. Mint leaves 10 no.
  6. Banana frozen 1 ( optional)
  7. Ginger grated 1 tbsp
  8. Green grapes 1 cup
  9. Orange juice 1 tbsp cup per glass. / pineapple juice.
  10. Pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  11. Roasted ground Zeera 1 tsp
  12. Lemon juice 1/4 tsp / per searving. / optional.

Instructions

  1. Blend everything in the mixture except orange juice. Can add little water/ ice cubes before adding all ingredients to smoothen the process of blending.
  2. After everything gets blended well add orange juice. Just give a quick stir and serve.
  3. You can add 1/2 tsp lemon juice if you want ( according to your own taste)
