ABOUT Green smoothie RECIPE

This refreshing smoothie of spinach, apple, and pineapple is among my favorites, I like smoothies that are not too thick, this is a healthy option rather than having packaged juices and also helps in weight reduction.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  2. 1 T honey
  3. 2 cups baby spinach
  4. 1/2 large apple, chunked
  5. handful (about 20) raw almonds
  6. 1 cup pineapple
  7. 3-4 ice cubes
  8. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Load items into blender in the order listed above. Blend until smooth, pour into glasses and enjoy!
