  1. 100 gmMethi (fenugreek leaves)
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Curd 2 tspn
  4. Coriander powder
  5. Chilli powder
  6. 1 tspn Ginger garli green chilli paste
  7. 1 tbspn oil
  8. 1 tspn Lemon juice
  9. 1 tspn sugar
  10. 2 cup wheat flour
  11. Water to knead the dough

Instructions

  1. For wheat flour atta ...knead the dough by adding all the above ingredients
  2. mix well then knead the dough
  3. make balls then make roti shape by rolling pin
  4. put on the tava then toast it on both sides
  5. serve healthy paratha with curd ,kethcup
