A very healthy breakfast recipe which makes us feel energetic throughout the day

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 bowl curd
  2. 1 bowl sooji
  3. 2 tsp Eno
  4. Salt and red chilli powder
  5. veggies like
  6. 1 chopped onion
  7. 1 chopped tomatoes
  8. 1 tbsp crumbled paneer
  9. coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix sooji, curd with salt and red chilli powder
  2. Now add Eno powder. Allow it to stay for 5 minutes
  3. pour this batter on nonstick tawa coated with a little oil on all sides of tawa
  4. Spread it slowly on all sides. Then add onions, tomatoes and paneer by pouring it over this uttapam batter completely.
  5. veggies should be spread equally on all sides so that we can enjoy each bite
  6. serve it with sambhar and coconut chutney
