Take kadhai ,add sugar and melt on high 2 minutes keep stirring till light brown. Now syrup is ready. add roasted peanuts and mix it cook the peanuts syrup for a few on low flame turn of the gas immediately .
Put the mixture into the greashed plate spread it evenly let it cool down for 2-3 when the mixture is slightly cold make cut with knife peasant chikki is ready to eat
