Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 10 bread slices
  2. 1 Cupful of finely chopped bell pepper, olive, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, steamed corn kernels
  3. Oregano spice mix to taste
  4. Salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste
  5. Equal parts ofA blend of fetta cheese or processed cheese, butter, and pizza sauce or tomato ketchup as the spread
  6. Cookie cutter for shape
  7. Little butter for glaze at serving

Instructions

  1. With  big round cookie cutter (bowl size) cut bread slices into round shape.
  2. Now use 5 out of these round breads to make wheel.
  3. Place small cookie cutter over the round breads and cut small (bottle cap sized) circles with it.
  4. Keep these small circles aside for the open canopies.
  5. Mix dry seasoning with your chopped veggies and add half of fetta cheese into it.
  6. Mix and keep aside.
  7. Mix your sauce blend and keep aside as spread.
  8. Meanwhile, preheat your oven to 180° for 7-8 min.
  9. Now lay your 5 round full circle bread on the flat board.
  10. Spread your sauce blend over it.
  11. Now place your 5 wheel disc over the full circle and slightly press.
  12. You will get a well
  13. To this well add spoonful of veggie mix.
  14. On the canopy circles spread the base sauce and top with the veggie mix
  15. Place these disc and canopies on the baking tray and bake for 180° for 10 min.
  16. Take out and brush with melted butter as a glaze
  17. It's ready to serve
  18. Crunchy bite and cheese center
