Moong pakwan is a delicious and less time cosuming dish which make it perfect for breakfast whether for housewife or a working women.Moong are rich in proteins and green chutney which contains coriander nd mint are too good source of iron and also gives good aroma to this dish.its a soft nd crunchy dish as well. Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. FOR CRUNCHY PURI
  2. wheat flour 3 cups
  3. rice flour 1 cup
  4. salt
  5. oil 2 tspn
  6. tamarind pulp
  7. redchilly pwdr 1 tspn
  8. black pepper pwdr 1tspn
  9. chopped onions 2
  10. FOR CHUTNEY
  11. coriander
  12. mint
  13. lemon 1/2
  14. garlic cloves 3
  15. cumin seeds 1 tbspn
  16. salt
  17. FOR MOONG
  18. moong 3 cups soaked in water for 10 hours
  19. salt
  20. turmeric pwdr 1/2 tspn

Instructions

  1. Boil moong with salt and turmeric powder with 4 glass water
  2. For chutney grind coriander mint cumin seeds green chillies garlic cloves salt lemon and water well in mixture.
  3. Now knead a dough for puri.after rolling a each puri tap it with your rolling pin and then fry it.
  4. Now in a bowl place boiled moong then crushed puri.Drizzle tamarind pulp then green chutney sprinkle black pepper powder redchilly powder.Lastly add chopped onions to it..
