Boil moong with salt and turmeric powder with 4 glass water
For chutney grind coriander mint cumin seeds green chillies garlic cloves salt lemon and water well in mixture.
Now knead a dough for puri.after rolling a each puri tap it with your rolling pin and then fry it.
Now in a bowl place boiled moong then crushed puri.Drizzle tamarind pulp then green chutney sprinkle black pepper powder redchilly powder.Lastly add chopped onions to it..
