ABOUT Rangeen paratha RECIPE

This is a colourful and very nutritious breakfast paratha made with loads of veggies incorporated in them.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Half kg cabbage,
  2. 250 gms carrot,
  3. , 250 gms Fenugreek leaves ( methi ka saag ),
  4. carom seeds (ajwayin), - 1 tsp
  5. 1 kg wheat flour
  6. 1 cup refined oi
  7. salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Grate all the vegetables or cut it into tiny pieces.
  2. Then mix all the grated vegetables in a flour and with salt, carom seeds and 4 tbsp oil and make a dough
  3. Heat the non stick pan and make the paratha with 1 tbs of refined oil
  4. Serve it with curd and pickles and enjoy the yummy and tasty paratha.
