Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. whole wheat 2 cup
  2. red chilli 4
  3. rice 1 cup
  4. bengal gram 1/2 cup
  5. thoor dhal 1/2 cup.

Instructions

  1. soak whole wheat with red chilli for 4 hours
  2. soak rice, dhal separately for 4 hours.
  3. grind the wheat in grinder. once it is grinder well add the rice and dhal. grind roughly and pour it in a vessel
  4. cut onion and curry leaves into small pieces. fry them till onion turns golden brown. add it to the batter. add salt to it.
  5. heat the dosa pan. pour the batter little thick.
  6. serve hot
