Spicy dosa tasty when consumed with avial or coconut chutney

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled rice 1 cup
  2. Chana dal 1/4 cup
  3. Sambar dal 2 tablespoons
  4. Red chilly 4 number
  5. Hing 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Salt
  8. Drumstick leaves a handful
  9. Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  10. Onion 1 big chopped
  11. Gingely oil 4tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and red chilly in a bowl
  2. Soak both sales together in another bowl
  3. After 2 hours of soaking grind rice ginger and chilly coarsely
  4. Add Dal and grind again. It should not be a smooth batter but coarse batter
  5. Add salt hing onion and drumstick leaves
  6. Mix well
  7. Make thick dosa in a hot tawa
  8. Sprinkle gingely oil to get a crispy adai
