ABOUT Papad ka paratha RECIPE

Papad ka paratha is mostly made in Rajasthan.Crispy and spicy paratha is loved by all.you can have it with Tea.My preference is with garlic chutney and lehsuni dal.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Papad 1 piece
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilly to taste
  4. Corriandar powder to taste
  5. Turmeric powder to taste
  6. Mustard oil few drops

Instructions

  1. Roast papad.
  2. Crush it and add all dry masala and Oil
  3. Mix it nicely
  4. Stuff like other paratha, in the dough roundels. Flatten them or roll them and roast, cook on a hot tawa with little oil. Serve with some curd or pickle on the side.
