ABOUT Marwadi Papad Paratha RECIPE

Roasted Crunchy Papad chura with seasoning stuffed and maDe into a crispy paratha .Enjoy as is or with your curries .I served it with Aaloo mutter paneer gravy.Its wow.These are small Marwadi papads from Ajmer,one can use any though.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3-4 Papad of choice
  2. 250 grams wheat flour
  3. 2 tspn pure ghee
  4. Salt to taste
  5. a pinch of Hing
  6. 1 /2 tspn red chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspn paprika
  8. Pinch of Aamchur
  9. 1/2 tspn cummin
  10. 1 tblspn oil

Instructions

  1. Knead flour with pinch of salt appllying oil massage well and keep aside
  2. Now Roast the papad keep a roasting mesh on gas flame
  3. Crush into pieces while slight hot and add seasoning
  4. Now make small pooris and apply little pure ghee inside .Fill into the papad chura with seasoning
  5. Close this well lightly and start rolling into paratha with light pressure
  6. Heat skillet or Tava and Roast parathas applying little ghee on both sides
  7. Cut out into halves serve with your favourite curry green mint chutney or aaloo paneer curry
