ABOUT Onion omelette RECIPE

A quick and easy recipe onion omlette that can be made in few minutes for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 3
  2. Finely chopped onion - 1 small size
  3. Finely chopped green chilly - 2
  4. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  5. salt - to taste
  6. Butter - 50 gms

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl break the eggs.
  2. Beat the egg until fluffy.
  3. Add onion,green chilly,coriander leaves and salt. and mix well.
  4. Heat butter in a non stick pan.
  5. Add egg mixture and spread them.
  6. Cook in a low flame.
  7. After two mins flip it
  8. Cook for one mins.
  9. Serve immediately.
