A simple onion omelette for an everyday breakfast,simply the best.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 onion
  3. 1 green chilli
  4. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  7. 1 tbsp oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Chop onion,green chilli and coriander leaves.
  2. Whisk the eggs well with salt and black pepper powder.
  3. Add onion ,chilli and coriander leaves.
  4. Heat oil on a tawa or pan.
  5. Pour the mix and let it get brown from bottom side.
  6. Turnover and cook from other side too.
  7. Serve hot with bread.
