ABOUT METHI ALOO GOBHI KI ROTI RECIPE

This is a very nice way of using the left over sabzis the next day. Knead the dough with them and make some yummy parathas. Simply awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Methi aloo gobhi sabzi ..... 1 bowl
  2. Wheat flour .............. 2-3 cups (depending on the quantity of sabji)
  3. Oil .................. 2 tbsps
  4. Ajwain ........... 1 tsp
  5. Salt .......... to taste
  6. Coriander leaves .... handful ( chopped finely)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the above ingredients.
  2. Knead the dough adding enough water. You may also add curd if you like.
  3. Make rotis and roast them applying a little ghee. Serve hot.
