It taste so delicious and the garlic sauce in it really makes it!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Base:
  2. All Purpose Flour - 3 Cups
  3. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  4. Yeast - 2 teaspoons
  5. Egg - 1
  6. Sugar - 1 teaspoons
  7. Chicken Mix :
  8. Boneless Chicken -1/2 kg
  9. Garlic sauce- 4 tablespoons
  10. White pepper - as required
  11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
  12. Carrot -2 finely chopped
  13. Tomato - 3 finely chopped
  14. onion- 2 finely chopped
  15. Capsicum -1 finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast and sugar with warm water and let it activate
  2. In a mixing bowl add all purpose flour, wheat flour,salt, egg n mix it well to this add the yeast n knead it for few minutes.
  3. Let it rest for 2 hours
  4. In a pan cook the items under chicken mix
  5. Once the chicken cooked shred the chicken pieces and keep it aside
  6. Heat a pan, add little oil and saute the finely chopped vegetables one by one then add the shredded chicken and mix well.
  7. To this add garlic sauce, pepper and required salt. Now the chicken spread is ready for shawarma
  8. Kned the dough for few minutes and then roll the base little thick not too thick or too thin
  9. Put it on a hot tawa and cook for few minutes.
  10. Now spread the chicken spread and little garlic sauce over the rotti and roll it..
