Pita bread stuffed with smoky chicken and crispy tangy veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Boneless chicken 500 gms
  2. Curd 1 cup
  3. Ginger-garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 2 tsp
  5. Tandoori chicken masala 2 tbsp
  6. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  7. Garam masala 1 tsp
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  10. Thick curd 3 tbsp
  11. Potato 1 big sized, boiled
  12. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  13. Vinegar 1 tsp
  14. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  15. French fries 100 gms
  16. Cabbage, Onion, Capsicum, Carrot 1 cup (cut in julienne style)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken in curd, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, chilli powder, vinegar and salt.
  2. After 30 mins, boil it till the chicken is dry and shred it. Also, slit the pita bread and grill it well.
  3. To prepare the chilli mayo sauce, in a mixer add in the mayo, curd, boiled potato, red chilli powder, vinegar, salt, pepper and churn it well. Then spread this sauce on the pita bread.
  4. Next, put in the grilled chicken, veggies, fries and a little sauce.
  5. Serve this on a bed of fried noodles.
