ABOUT Raw Mango Chutney RECIPE

A chutney well suited to pair with rice, idli or dosa prepared with coconut and raw mango.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 medium sized- Raw mango, peel the skin and cut it into small pieces
  2. 1 cup Coconut
  3. 6 nos of Shallots
  4. 4 Green chillies
  5. 2 tsp Red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Few curry leaves
  8. A small pinch of sugar to balance the taste

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients except the coriander leaves and put it in a mixer jar.
  2. Grind these ingredients well together. Then add the curry leaves and grind it once again.
  3. Your mango chutney is now ready to be served!
