ABOUT Raw mango chutney RECIPE

Raw mango chutney is a spicy and tangy chutney prepared from raw mango, mint leaves, corriander leaves , and onions. It can be used for sandwiches, kababs and pakodas. It goes well with any indian meal. It is very easy to make and yummy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One raw mango peel and roughly chopped
  2. Mint leaves one cup
  3. Corriander leaves one cup
  4. One roughly chopped onion
  5. Salt According to taste
  6. Green chilly two

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients with 1/4 cup wAter in a grinding jar.
  2. Grind it until smooth paste.
  3. Store in a air tight container and refrigerate it.
