ABOUT Aloo kachori RECIPE

A perfect snack for all the rainy evenings with a hot cup of tea, khasta kachori with a potato filling.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour - 1 bowl
  2. Boiled n mashed potato - 1 bowl
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Oil - 1 tbsp
  5. For stuffing
  6. Boiled n mashed potato - 1 bowl
  7. White pepper - a pinch
  8. Chopped green chilly - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add all purpose flour,salt and one tbsp oil and mix well.
  2. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  3. Keep rest for 30 mins.
  4. Take a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato.salt.white pepper powder,green chilly and coriander leaves and mix well.
  5. Now stuffing is ready.
  6. Divide the dough into balls.
  7. Stuff the filling in the dough and wrap up the dough pieces and close from all sides.
  8. No need to use rolling pins.
  9. Heat enough oil in a pan.
  10. Add kachori lower the heat and fry till light brown.
  11. Serve hot with chutney.
