Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For kheer - rice half cup
  2. Milk 1 liter
  3. Sugar 5 table spoon
  4. Fried almonds and raisins
  5. Saffron 1 pinch
  6. For belwa kachori - whole wheat flour 1 cup
  7. All purpose flour 1 cup
  8. Semolina ( rava ) 1 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Chilli flacks 1 tea spoon
  11. Oregano 1 tea spoon
  12. Oil 1 table spoon + for friyng
  13. Water for kneading dough
  14. For aloo - potatoes 5 boiled
  15. Oil 1 table spoon
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Red chilli powder half tea spoon
  18. Cumin seeds half tea spoon
  19. Cumin seed powder 1 tea spoon
  20. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  21. Turmeric powder half tea spoon
  22. Dry mango powder 1 tea spoon
  23. Water
  24. Fried onions and coriander for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a vessel and boil and reduce milk to half add rice and cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  2. After cooking rice add sugar and saffron soaked in milk kheer is ready garnish with fried almonds and raisins
  3. For dough - take a bowl add all three flour and salt, chilli flacks, oregano , oil and water knead dough and set aside for 10 minutes
  4. After 10 minutes roll out small poori and fry in heated oil
  5. For aloo - take a wok heat oil add cumin seeds , boiled and cut potatoes, salt , red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and add 1 cup water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and garnish with fried onions and coriander
