ABOUT MAKHANDI HALWA ( JAGGERY SHEERA) RECIPE

IT IS VERY DELICIOUS AND EASY DISH TO SERVE TO GUESTS AFTER DINNER OR CAN ALSO BE GIVEN AS SNACKS.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup semolina
  2. 1 cup milk
  3. 1 cup jaggery
  4. 1/2 cup ghee
  5. 1/2 tsp cardmon powder
  6. chopped almonds & melon seeds
  7. 1 pinch red food

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add semolina, milk and allow it soak.
  2. Take a pan and add jaggery, ghee and melt it.
  3. Add water and mix nicely.
  4. Add soaked semolina and keep mixing it for 10 minutes.
  5. Add cardmon powder and add almonds , musk melon seeds amd mix nicely
  6. Transfer into serving bowl.
