ABOUT paneer manchurian RECIPE

This is a typical Indo chinese dish that serves as a great starter and also can be served as a side dish with some chinese fried rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 gm paneer
  2. oil for deep-frying
  3. 2 tsp  cornflour
  4. 2   Maida
  5. 1 tsp soy sauce
  6. salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. chopped spring onions - 2 tbsp
  9. 1 capsicum [chopped]
  10. sliced half cabbage

Instructions

  1. These are the ingredients used.
  2. Chop all the vegetables and dice the paneer into cubes.
  3. Make a smooth batter of maida and cornflour by mixing 1 cup of water to them.
  4. Coat the paneer pieces with the batter and deep fry in hot oil over a high flame till the paneer is golden brown
  5. Heat little oil in another wok, and add the ginger, garlic, pasta celery, spring onion whites and and sauté over a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
  6. Add the capsicum and sauté for a few more seconds.Add the soya sauce, and salt and allow it to come to a boil. Toss in the fried paneer and mix well serve immediately garish chopped spring onions...
