Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 250 gm
  2. Cubed Capsicum 1 medium size
  3. Chopped Spring onions 1/4 cup
  4. Maida 1/2 cup
  5. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  6. Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
  7. Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  8. Vinegar 1 tsp
  9. oil
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut paneer into cubes.
  2. In a bowl take maida, salt and cornflour and add a little water to prepare a consistent mixture.
  3. Add paneer cubes in it. Coat evenly in the mixture. Deep fry the cubes and keep aside.
  4. Now take a wok, heat oil. Add cubed capsicum and spring onions.
  5. Add chilly, Soya and tomato sauces. Mix well. Add vinegar and fried paneer. Saute well and gently.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve.
